A “factoid” is an unverified statement repeated so often that it comes to represent a fact. The “revolving factoid” premise is a PowerPoint file that conveys to members and guests general Toastmaster International and club specific information including announcements, tips, bulletin quotes, photos of various outings, and relevant “did-you-know?” statements. The format is constructed in revolving slides or a loop for projector display before each meeting for incoming participants. Developed by former deputy of education A. E.
