The functionary sheet is one of the most important documents used at SRTM. It functions as an agenda and scheduler for upcoming meetings. Click on the link below to view the latest information on what roles are available.

At SRTM, everything is online. After you have checked the functionary sheet, sign up for an OPEN role. Signups are displayed up to 1 whole month in advance.
Signing up for a role is a simple process of selecting which role you want to perform on which date. You can even leave us a comment. Please remember to leave your contact details so that the VP of Education can identify you.
It is also important to remember that this is just a signup sheet. Nothing is confirmed until the VP of Education has confirmed your signup request with a confirmation email.
